2. Will I get a shipping confirmation?
No,
you will not receive a shipping confirmation. However, you will receive
an invoice (order) confirmation once your order has been placed (see above). Our
payment system is very reliable and secure, so you can be assured that
your order will be processed and shipped. See details below. If you
paid with Paypal, then your receipt from Paypal is your Order
confirmation.
3. How soon will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed and item(s) shipped within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends.
4. How do you ship my order?
United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the U.S.
USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (for orders of 4 or more or Special Orders) within the U.S.
USPS First Class Air Mail for international shipping.
5. How will my order be shipped?
To protect your privacy, your order will be shipped in a plain brown envelope or Priority envelope
depending on quantity ordered. There will be no mention of facial hair remover anywhere on the package.
Your package will be addressed from Gemini Group USA LLC. For international customers, the customs form will
only state "Beauty applicator".
6. How long before I receive my order?
Delivery is as follows:
Continental U.S.: 5 - 7 business days after day of shipping
Hawaii and Alaska: may take an extra 1 business day
If shipped by Priority mail in the US: 3 to 4 business days after day of shipping
International shipping (including Canada): 7 - 10 business days after day of mailing/shipping (may take up
to 21 business days due to customs delay. This is beyond our control.)

7. It's been so many days since I placed my order and I have not received anything yet. What should I do?
While, we try to ensure prompt delivery of your order, sometimes your order may not reach you in a timely manner due to holidays, destination post office delays, international custom clearance delays, etc. In most cases, your order should reach you within the specified time frame. In rare instances where you still have not received your order 5 business days after the specified time frame, please do contact us by e-mail to let us know. We are prompt in answering e-mails.
8. I would like my order gift-wrapped. Is there an extra charge?
Yes,
there is a $2.00 charge for gift-wrap. Many people would like to buy
Bellabe as a gift for someone whom they feel need a Bellabe, but may be
too embarassed. Therefore, buying them a Bellabe and having it
gift-wrapped is the perfect thing to give!
